    • Non-convertible debt of up to ₹1,500 crore via private placement in one or more tranches.
    • Equity shares and/or other securities convertible into equity shares up to ₹750 crore in one or more tranches.

    The company reported pre-sales of ₹2,531 crore for FY25, registering a 32% year-on-year growth compared to ₹1,915 crore in FY24.
  • Collections:
    Collections stood at ₹1,255 crore for FY25, slightly up from ₹1,236 crore in FY24.
